To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

We’ll make it right! If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be updated or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, the order may already be in processing. Please contact support@curadiva.com as soon as possible.
